Analyze network topologies, layouts and services, to collect and configure devices and services inside of product suite (CA Performance Center, CA Spectrum, NetScout, Thousand Eyes) with monitors/agents. Learn network environment services along with the associated Infrastructure, and the specific metrics used to manage its health. Work with third party suppliers understanding their obligation and any associated SLA’s on customer specific contracts. Ensure that any service requests are forwarded in line with agreed SLA’s to the appropriate stakeholders for action. Manage operational critical success factors, service metrics and KPI’s performing routine auditing and reporting for customer specific contracts.
Perform Incident Management of the above services and infrastructure in line with agreed customer specific SLA’s. Articulate in both written and oral/multi-media presentations. Experience and knowledge of monitoring technologies best practices. Java, Groovy, Python, Perl, Visual Basic, PHP, or Linux bash scripts.
